How we manage systems
After handover, our engineers keep your heating and energy systems tuned. We meter them, watch them every day, act when something drifts and report in plain numbers, so you don't need an energy manager on staff.
Most systems are designed well and then left alone. Settings drift, schedules stop matching how the building is used, and the savings promised at handover quietly disappear. We stay on to stop that happening.
We meter every major load and read it at 15-minute intervals, for one building or a whole portfolio, so you always know where the energy goes.
Automatic limits on power, reactive power and gas catch costly drift early. When one is crossed, our engineers are alerted and act on it.
Heating, ventilation and lighting run to schedules and conditions we set, and we retune them as the seasons, tariffs and the way you use the building change.
Where there is a battery, our energy team plans when it charges and discharges against market prices and peak charges. Forecasting software does the arithmetic; our team sets the strategy and answers for the result.
Regular reports in plain numbers: what was used, what it cost, what we changed and what it saved. You also get your own dashboard, with the same data we work from.
We fit meters where they are missing and establish where your energy and money go today.
We correct settings, schedules and limits. This is usually where the first savings appear.
Daily oversight, alerts handled by our engineers, and regular reports.
When the data justifies it, we propose the next investment, and we can design and deliver it.
