    What if we do not have complete data?

    That is common. During scoping, we identify available sources, the possible limitations of the analysis and how to handle information gaps.

    When will we receive the report?

    Timing depends on building scale, data availability and the scope of assessment. We confirm it together with the scope in the quotation.

    How is pricing set?

    We prepare an individual quotation based on the building, the decision to be supported, available data and the required level of detail.

    Does platform access require live monitoring?

    No. The interactive report supports recommendation management. Live monitoring and device control are separate optional services.

    Does the report guarantee savings?

    The report sets out assumptions, observations and recommendations. The actual outcome depends on factors including implementation scope, operating conditions and the decisions made after the analysis.
