The brief
The school's owner was preparing to retrofit the campus and needed an independent assessment of the existing heating, ventilation and electrical installations, including how the solar generation fits the school's daily and seasonal demand.
What we did
Our engineers inspected the installations on site, reviewed the documentation and energy bills, and checked how the systems actually run during the school day and out of hours.
The outcome
The owner received a condition report with the issues to fix first and the retrofit options worth investing in, so the next decisions rest on facts rather than estimates.
