The Challenge
The Poznań location of ESA Trucks struggled with high reactive power fees and a major mismatch between solar energy production capacity and the day-to-day energy needs for industrial processes. This resulted in high utility costs despite extensive usage of renewable energy solutions.
The Solution
We implemented the Meterd System for comprehensive energy monitoring across three main facilities, combined with our Virtual Energy Manager for optimizing energy consumption during peak and off-peak hours. Real-time dashboards provided instant visibility into energy patterns and anomalies.
